You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. If you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break – skip them!

  1. hi, any endomorph females do this workout? will it make your arms and legs bulkier? I wanna do this but I'm really afraid to have a bulkier body after this, just want a slimmer and leaner body🥲

  2. It kicked my ass so bad!! I wasn't able to do very well at the first time but I'm just starting out the workout ( it's my first time trying her workout as well lol) so I'll continue to do this and i know I will improveeee and I'm gonna add more of her videos to my workout routine!!:) Stay safe and stay snatched<3

  3. I've done this workout many times and every time I see results but get stuck in some work and had to stop the workout for months or weeks. But now I really wanna do this workout everyday. I hope I can!
