  1. Appreciate the workout AND they should think about using a character that isn’t SO skinny. Many different body types work out and we shouldn’t feel pressured to look a certain way to exercise!

Im going to use this comment as my daily diary towards fitness, today is my first day of working out using these guide, at first it seems to be easy but as time goes by I realized that I'm draining fast. I hope I could get back to my shape during early 2020, it's so depressing to see a lot of changes to your body.

    btw my height is 5'9 and my weight goes around at 100-105kg
