  1. If stronger was a way to built muscle , why Olympic lifters lift hundreds of pounds and they can be skinny af?

    The rupture of fibers, eating and sleeping to recover, t.u.t , is the way to go 😉

  2. Compound lifts require co-contraction of muscles and improve your overall athleticism as well. The better you can co-contact muscles in a full range of motion the better athlete you will be 👍
