  1. I'm going to do this 5x a week at least along with growwithjo and some yoga
    starting weight: 71.6 kgs
    day 1: I almost puked after finishing, but it feels so good
    day 2: worked up a sweat
    day 3: woke up with muscle soreness but still got it in for the day
