  1. Joanna thanks for your invaluable and informative videos which help motivation because its a tough task to begin as far as I'm concerned a very difficult and depressing journey to the unknown. I say this because I've tried many times to diet by following many diet plans to find that they leave me craving for food, miserable and depressed and thats a fact with many people and, of course, I give up. I personally have a very slow metabolism and it takes an endless trying effort to see results only initially then I go into a weight loss plateau and get stuck. Even with that said I will try going along with your dietary information plan and sincerely hope I'll be praising you forever! Thanks for all the advice I've learnt a lot about nutrition etc from your wonderful videos and your presence in them.

  2. you cant loose weight if your insulin is spiking up all the time, the best thing to do is eat low carb lil bit more protein, healthy fats three times or less. not keto though and fasting. so the body stay calm after it lowers the insulin. when fasting the body will repair itself.
